There is something about 36 that is amusing, touching and I've learned.

Amusing, because I am so grateful reaching this age. Yes! I just turned 36.  It wasn't so biggie for me but for my children it was extremely special. That makes it more TOUCHING! for they've been so eagerly preparing for my day.  A collaboration of two brilliant creative kids made it special.  They've prepared paintings for me, moulded dough to mimic a mini cake ( pity i forgot to take a picture due to excitement) and trying to wake me up early to serve me breakfast. I do not know how in the world they've got the idea. and more amusing and touching, that day, I'm bombarded with amazingly great wishes and greetings from family and close friends back home despite the distance. These are wonderful gifts not the ones wrapped in fancy packages.

At 36.....
I've learned that whatever happens or how bad it seems today, life does go on, and it will be better tomorrow. 
I've learned that you can tell a lot about a person by the way he /she handles these three things: 
a rainy day, running out of gas and a tangled Christmas tree lights.  
I've learned that regardless of your relationship with you parents and siblings, you'll miss them when they're gone from your life. 

I've learned that even when I have pains, I don't have to be one.  

I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.

Cheers for another year of my life! and I hope, as always La Dolce Vita!
